2013 The Company changed its name to “500.com Limited” on October 9, 2013.
The Company s ADSs began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “WBAI” on November 22, 2013.
2015 In December 2015, The Company acquired a 63 equity interest in Sumpay.cn and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, which provide third-party payment services in China.
2016 In July 2016, The Company acquired a 100 equity interest in Shenzhen Caiyu, a provider of sports information services in China.
In October 2016, The Company acquired a 51 equity interest in Shenzhen Kaisheng, a provider of online spot commodity trading services in China.

On April 15, 2021, the Company completed the acquisition of the entire mining pool business of Blockchain Technologies Holding Company
