The Company provides lifestyle brands around hotel offerings in the People s Republic of China.
The Company operates a series of themed hotels, including music hotels, basketball hotels, and literary hotels catering to the various lifestyles across different age groups with varied interests. The Company also provides hotel management services, including day-to-day management services of the hotels for the franchisees; and sells hotel supplies and other products.
HISTORY
2012 The Company established Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited as its holding company in the Cayman Islands on April 10, 2012 in anticipation of future capital raising from international investors.
2013 Atour Shanghai was established in 2013. It currently conduct all of its businesses in China through Atour Shanghai and its subsidiaries.
2021 Atour Hong Kong was incorporated on March 5, 2021 in Hong Kong.
2022 The ADSs representing its Class A ordinary shares have been listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “ATAT” since November 11, 2022.
