Product revenues from it B2C segment are generated from the sale of pharmaceutical and other health and wellness products through 1 Medicine Marketplace, mobile apps, other online channels and offline pharmacies to consumers and certain enterprise customers. The Company also generate product revenues from the B2B segment through the sale of pharmaceutical products to pharmacies on 1 Pharmacy.

2013 The Company was incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands in May 2013.
2015 The Company was changed its name to New Peak Group in June 2015.
2018 The Company was changed its name to 111, Inc in April 2018 . On September 15, 2018, It ADSs commenced trading on Nasdaq under the symbol “YI.”
