Talcahuano Terminal Portuario S.A. (Chile)

Talcahuano Terminal Portuario S.A. is a subsidiary of Grupo Empresas Navieras S.A. It was incorporated as a public limited company on November 9, 2011, according to the regulations governing public limited companies. TTP holds the exclusive concession to construct mandatory works, manage, operate, develop, and maintain the Berthing Front of the Port of Talcahuano for the next 30 years. The concession was granted through a public deed on November 30, 2011. On January 1, 2012, TTP received the Berthing Front of the Port of Talcahuano from Empresa Portuaria Talcahuano San Vicente. Reconstruction works of the Port of Talcahuano began on June 13, 2013, with Propuerto S.A. being awarded the contract. On June 26, 2013, the Concession Agreement between Talcahuano Terminal Portuario S.A. and Empresa Portuaria Talcahuano - San Vicente was modified to regulate concepts related to the payment of mitigations to port workers at the Port of Talcahuano. The company's capital was fully subscribed and paid on November 9, 2013. On April 10, 2014, the Regional Director of Port Works received the completed maritime work, confirming that it was executed according to the approved project standards. On April 23, the first commercial vessel, Green Guatemala, was serviced, loading 5,397 tons of frozen fish destined for Africa.
