The exclusive aim of Altamar S.A. Administradora General de Fondos is the administration of third-party resources and the completion of supplementary activities authorized by the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance. The Board of Directors approved the creation of its first fund on March 13, 2015, the Altamar Private Equity Investment Fund VIII, whose quota trading began on June 12, 2015. On August 25, 2015, the Board of Directors Approved the creation of its second fund, which was called Altamar Parking Private Investment Fund and began to be sold on October 7. In 2016, in February, the third fund managed by the Company, known as the Fondo de Investment ADV VIII whose purpose is to invest in the fund Advent International GPE VIII-H Limited Partnership. This fund was launched on 21 September.
