American Investment Administrator S.A. ("AAISA"), was created in 2021 by the division of AFP Habitat S.A. As a result of this separation, AAISA primarily controls and manages the companies AFP Habitat in Peru and AFP Colfondos in Colombia. AAISA also currently controls and manages Prudential AGF in Chile and Prudential SAF in Peru, allowing it to further diversify its investment portfolio and strengthen its presence in the region.
