Juan Ignacio Correa from Chile and Álvaro Pérez Uribe from Colombia, through their years of experience in the capital market, founded Avante Financial Group in 2008. In 2013 a new partner (Andrés González) was incorporated, with a long history in the institutional investment management. Avante is creating a new business area in alternative investment, with a focus on real estate investment. In 2017 agreements were initiated for the development and operation of real estate projects with managers in the United States and Chile. In 2020, Avante became the manager of the Avante FCP real estate fund. Avante Administradora General de Fondos S.A. is established, an entity regulated by the Financial Market Commission. The company offers investment alternatives to its clients in order to increase their savings and contribute to the adequate diversification of their portfolios.
