It intends to enter a merger, capital share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, recapitalization, reorganization, or other similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities in the energy transition technologies, such as battery materials, energy storage, electric vehicle infrastructure, and advanced recycling in emerging/frontier countries, including the Commonwealth of Independent States, South and South-East Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa regions.
2021 - The Company is a blank check company incorporated in the Cayman Islands on February 3.
The Company anticipate that the units, and the Class A ordinary shares and warrants once they begin separate trading, will be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “OXUSU,” ‘OXUS” and “OXUSW,” respectively.
2024 The Company, Borealis Foods Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada contemplated by the Business Combination Agreement, dated as of February 23, 2023, by and among Borealis, Oxus, and Newco. Pursuant to the terms of the Business Combination Agreement, it will continue under the name “Borealis Foods Inc.” on February 7, 2024. Its symbol will also commence trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker BRLS , “BRLSW.” on February 8, 2024.
