1-New Car Showroom :Four Showrooms across the country to sell new and used cars to customers
2- Mechanical Service Centre: Service Centre under operation to provide automotive service to customers and the 3rd is under construction.
3-Body Service :Paint booths are under operation in Hamala body shop to provide the Body Paint service to customers.
4-Car Registration Evaluation :Provide online registration service to the customers and also authorized to evaluate the car value.
5-Accessories :Install auto accessories like GPS Screen, Rear Sensor, DVD, Window Tint and Rust Proof.
6-Logistics : Provide door delivery to customer home location.
7-Investment :Accept investment and Provide loans to publics.
The Company was incorporated in the Kingdom of Bahrain in 1994 and started the business during the same year. The Company has a global vision of establishing a corporate brand that would serve its clients in the most viable sectors in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Company is committed to doing business as a sub dealer for reputable auto brands such as Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, KIA, GMC and Nissan amongst others. The company services a wide base of customers ranging from general customers to large corporate organizations such as banks and ministries and even members of the Royal Family.
The Company was a limited liability company owned by Ebrahim Al Shaikh, It was registered with the Ministry of industry, Commerce and Tourism under commercial registration numb 32601-2 dated 28 September 1997 as a sole proprietorship. The entity changed its identity to single persor company (SPC) on 4 March 2012. Subsequent to the year end, the company has changed its legal identiy from limited liability company to a Bahraini shareholding company (closed) on 28 March 2023.
