VM Finance Group AD (Bulgaria)

VM Finance Group is a Bulgarian holding company, established in 1994 and operating in different business fields, such as distribution and logistics, retail, production, finance and services, publishing and education, building installations and technologies. VM Finance was found by the local entrepreneur Vasil Mirchev, who is also a majority shareholder with a stake of 90 percent.
The Group has interest in 3 companies, engaged in distribution and logistics – Avendi, Bultransport Logistic & Services (BLS), and Transimport. The retail arm of the Group is Gebr. Heinemann Bulgaria, a joint venture between the Germany-based Gebr. Heinemann and VM Finance. In 2010 VM Finance Group acquired full stake in the local producer and distributor of soft and carbonated drinks, as well as fruit juices – Florina Bulgaria. The company was set up in 1993 and operates own production capacities. VM Finance provides a variety of services through its three subsidiaries – A Team, International Human Resources (IHR), and Net Is Sat. In 2009, VM Finance acquired majority ownership in ABC KinderCare Center, which is an international educational center for children at age between two and six. In the field of building installations and technologies, VM Finance manages two companies – VM Automation and New System.
