Progres AD is a company located in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. With over 110 years of tradition, the company specializes in producing high-quality technical castings made of gray and spheroidal graphite iron. They also provide machining services for the castings they produce. The company is equipped with modern production facilities, including melting capacities from ABP, INDUCTOTERM, and BBC. They have several molding lines, such as the automatic 2D production line HSP by HEINRICH WAGNER SINTO, the automatic 3S production line FBO by HEINRICH WAGNER SINTO, a semi-automatic molding line equipped with FOROMAT machines, and a machine molding section with DOZAMET machines. They also have crushing lines, crushing drums, and machines for internal cleaning of castings with complex configurations. Additionally, they have a production section for cores with ROPERVERK and LAEMPE machines. Progres AD has a well-equipped laboratory that is accredited and performs comprehensive quality control on incoming raw materials, characteristics of the alloy material and molding mix, as well as physical, chemical, and mechanical properties of the finished products.
