State Enterprise "Port Infrastructure" (SEPI) is the governing body of Bulgarian public transport ports and provides services for traffic management and information support for navigation. SEPI has a Head Office in Sofia, four branches - territorial divisions in Burgas, Varna, Lom, and Ruse, as well as three specialized divisions: "Black Sea Ship Traffic Management Directorate", "Danube River Ship Traffic Management Directorate", and "Operation and Exploitation of Port Terminals Directorate". State Enterprise "Port Infrastructure" is certified for: Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015; Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) ISO 45001:2018; Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015. The strategic goal of SEPI is to ensure optimal efficiency of port infrastructure and services provided by the enterprise, taking into account the balance of interests for the development of the national port system.
