This includes purchasing ownership rights and other property rights over real estate, as well as construction and improvements for the purpose of management, leasing, and sale. The company was initially established with a capital of 500,000 Bulgarian lev. According to the Special Investment Companies Act, the mandatory capital increase to 650,000 Bulgarian lev was successfully completed on June 23, 2006, with all rights sold at a price of 0.60 lev per right in the first stock auction on May 17, 2006. However, a subsequent decision to increase the company's capital from 16,250,000 lev to 16,900,000 lev was unsuccessful.
