Pirin Tex EOOD (Bulgaria)

Pirin Tex, which was established in 1993, is one of the leading manufacturers of high quality men's wear in the region. It was founded by German businessman Bertram Rollmann when he decided to relocate his company's luxury men's garments and accessories production from Greece to Bulgaria. Initially, he set up a joint venture Pirin Tex, where Rollmann & Partner Fashion Management held 80% of the equity while the rest was controlled by local radio electric equipment maker Pirel.
The company launched garment production in 1994 and two years later opened a DEM 14 million production site, which spans over 11,000 square metres. After launching the production site, the German investor bought full control of Pirin Tex equity. Rollmann & Partner Fashion Management invested some EUR 19.4 million in Bulgaria from 1992 to 2004.
At present, Pirin Tex operates four production lines that span over 25,000 square metres in the southwestern town of Gotse Delchev, with a daily capacity of over 3,000 suits. The company output is exported to Germany, France, Switzerland and Greece. On the local market, the company sells all its goods under the Rollmann brand. It operates retail stores in the towns of Sofia, Plovdiv, Burgas and Gotse Delchev.
