Nis Petrol EOOD is a company based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and is owned by NIS (Oil Industry of Serbia), one of the largest oil companies in Southeast Europe. In Bulgaria, Nis Petrol EOOD operates under the Gazprom brand, with a focus on developing and establishing Gazprom-branded retail outlets and wholesale fuel trading. NIS AD Serbia is the main supplier of all petroleum products and fuels, imported from its own oil refinery in Pancevo, Serbia. Nis Petrol EOOD offers high-quality petroleum products and fuels through global distribution and retail sales. The company's main goal is to provide high standards of services and products to both local and international customers and partners. NIS AD Serbia has a developed network of retail outlets and representations in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, and Russia. Nis Petrol EOOD entered the Bulgarian market by developing a network of retail outlets - Gazprom-branded gas stations, as well as a wholesale petroleum product delivery network. The first Gazprom gas station in Bulgaria was opened in June 2012, and currently, Nis Petrol EOOD owns 23 new gas stations. The company also invests in the purchase of a petroleum base - a storage facility for petroleum products and fuels in Kostinbrod, Sofia region. The petroleum base serves all company-owned facilities and engages in wholesale trade with external counterparts.
