In-Properties REIT (Bulgaria)

Investment Properties /In-Properties/ REIT is a public company registered on October 30, 2003, as a joint-stock company with a special investment purpose for the securitization of real estate. The company operates in accordance with the requirements of the Special Investment Purpose Companies Act and the Public Offering of Securities Act. It is registered in the Commercial Register under No. 79603, volume 946, page 191 of file 11419 of the Central Commercial Register for 2003. The company's shares are non-cash registered shares with voting rights in the General Meeting of Shareholders, with a nominal value of 10 Bulgarian lev per share, with dividend and liquidation quota rights. The company's shares are registered in the Central Depository and listed on the floor of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange - Sofia AD. According to Bulgarian legislation, capital gains from transactions with shares and bonds are exempt from taxation. Investment Properties /In-Properties/ REIT is a special investment purpose company that invests the funds raised from the issuance of securities in real estate. The company's activity allows investors to invest their savings in debt financial products - stocks, bonds, secured by real estate, which generate good income. Investors who purchase securities securitized by Investment Properties /In-Properties/ REIT receive income in the form of dividends and interest. The main activity of Investment Properties /In-Properties/ REIT is raising funds through the issuance of securities, purchasing real estate and real rights over real estate, carrying out construction and improvements, with the purpose of providing them for management, leasing, leasing, and/or sale.
