Euro Alliance Tunnels AD was set up in 1993 under the Adval AD name. In 1999, Austria-based construction company HAFI – Baumanagement GmbH acquired a majority stake in Adval for an undisclosed amount. Nowadays, the company is fully owned by private local capital.
Euro Alliance Tunnels AD is specialized in construction of underground, highway and railway tunnels. The company has conducted projects in Germany, Finland, Spain and Serbia.
