Cross OOD is a Bulgarian company specializing in the production of bicycles and rims for bicycles. The company was founded in 1995 and is located in Montana. Cross OOD has registered trademarks for its bicycles under the names CROSS and CROSSER in all European patent offices. The company has its own design team responsible for developing the entire product range. With approximately 900 qualified specialists involved in management and production processes, Cross OOD ensures the high reputation of its products throughout Europe. The company has three factories in the cities of Montana, Vidin, and Zajčar in Serbia, equipped with special assembly conveyors for bicycles, complete powder coating lines for frames and rims, and specialized high-tech machines for rim production. Cross OOD produces around 350,000 bicycles annually, with over 98% of the production mainly sold in Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Austria, France, Denmark, Sweden, and other countries. More than 50% of the bicycles produced are electric and equipped with systems from renowned manufacturers such as Bosch Smart System and Shimano STEPS. The product range includes various types of bicycles, from Junior and MTB to popular models like Cross, Trekking, City & Urban. In addition to its own models, Cross OOD also manufactures bicycles for some of the world's most famous brands, known for their excellent quality. The company adheres to the ISO 9001 standard and uses components from reputable suppliers such as Bosch, Shimano, Sram, Fox, Suntour, Schwalbe, Continental, Promax, Selle Royal, Herrmans, Tektro, Magura, Axa-Basta, Sks, and others. The main components, including frames, forks, brakes, and hubs, are made from lightweight aluminum alloys. The robotic production and double-walled aluminum profile ensure the high quality of Crosser rims, while the matching color coating (for most models) gives each bicycle a finished and unique look. Cross bicycles are considered to be in the mid-range category, and their main advantage, according to partners, is the combination of high quality and original design, which gives them a unique appearance and increasing interest in the brand's products.
