History:
2002:The company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in Bangladesh in the name style of Salvo Chemical Industry Limited under the Companies Act, 1994, vide Reg on 29 January 2002.
2008:The Company was converted to a Public Limited Company by registration on August 8, 2008, from the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies Firms (RJSCF).
2011:The Company s shares were listed on both Dhaka Stock Exchange and on Chittagong Stock Exchange on April 18, 2011, and April 20, 2011, respectively.
