The Company carries out the business of infrastructure-support service.
The Company is also engaged in importing, trading, assembling and installing generators, sub-stations, electrical equipment and gridlines, installation and erection of power plants as well as acts as a berth/ terminal operator for operation of Chittagong Container Terminal (CCT) and New Mooring Container Terminal (NCT) of Chittagong Port Authority (CPA).
The Company was incorporated in Bangladesh as a Private Limited Company on 29 December, 2003 and subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company on 28 June, 2010.
The Company was listed on Chittagong Stock Exchange on 29 September 2014 and on Dhaka Stock Exchange in 2014.
