The Company is engaged in manufacturing and marketing gray and finished fleece fabrics of various qualities and dyed yarn to Garment industry in Bangladesh.

History:
1997: The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited company on December 28, 1997, under Companies Act 1994 with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
1998: The Company started its commercial operation on August, 1998.
2017: The Company converted into a Public Limited Company on June 08, 2017.
2019: The Company listed on Dhaka October 16, 2019.and Chittagong stock exchange in 12 December 2019.
