The Company was incorporated as a private limited company in Bangladesh on 12 November,2015
2020
The Company has started commercial operation on 02 July, 2020.
2022
The Company converted into public limited company on May 29,2022.

The Company lised in Dhaka Stock Exchange on 20 June 2023 In Chittagong Stock Exchange on 22 June 2023.
