The Company is also engaged in manufacturing and marketing of Copper Bar, Copper Rod, Copper Strip, Copper Wire, Copper Pipe and Copper Tube.

2012 : The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on October 16, 2012.
2018 : The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on May 31, 2018.
2019 : Dhaka Stock Exchange on July 28, 2019.
2019 : The Company was listed on Chittagong Stock Exchange on August 5, 2019.
