The Company s principal activities and the nature of the business of the company is to manufacture high quality Pilatted Poultry Feed. Apart from that, the Company can continue at any time its activities through production of Fish Feed and Cattle feed with the existing set-up of Machineries, Manpower and Technical know-how. With a view to rendering highest level of services and product quality in the contract of global scenario, the Company achieved ISO 9001 Certificate in the year 2008 and HACCP.

History:
2005 : The Company, namely, Aman Feed Ltd., was incorporated as a Private Limited Company with the issuance of the Certificate of Incorporation bearing No-C-55783 (2466)/05 dated February 07, 2005 by the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies Firms .
2006 : The Company commenced its commercial production on July 12, 2006.
2012: Subsequently, the shareholders in their Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on February 22, 2012 aprroved conversion of status of the company from a private limited to a public limited company.
2015 : The Company has been listed on Chittagong Stock Exchange on September 1, 2015 and on Dhaka Stock Exchange in 2015.
