The Company is engaged in non- life insurance business within the meaning of Insurance Act of 2010.
The Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on March 14, 2000 and commenced its business on April 3, 2000.
The Company went into initial public offering on February 10, 2005 and listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange on March 5, 2005.
