The Company s main objective is to enter into fast growing pharmaceutical local market by providing highest quality products in the market at a competitive price.
The Company was incorporated in Bangladesh on 1st December, 2004 as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1994 and subsequently it was converted into a Public Limited Company on 9th December, 2009. Its commercial production has been started since 5th October, 2009.
The Company has been listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange and Chittagong Stock Exchange in 2010.
The Company has changed the year end from 31/12 to 30/6 in 2016.
