Bosnian non-life insurer Euroherc, which was established in 1992, is owned by Croatian insurance concern Agram.
The company, based in the city of Mostar in the Muslim-Croat Federation, offers property and casualty insurance and financial services products.
As of end-2006, the company operated 18 offices across the Federation.
The insurance carrier posted a 2005 premium income of KM 21.18 million, up 12.4% from the previous year.
Its premiums from third-party liability insurance policies over 2005 rose by 10% to KM 15.83 million, while mandatory car insurance premiums were up by 34% year-on-year to KM 2.69 million.
Agram owns another two insurance companies in Bosnia - Bosna Osiguranje and Sunce Osiguranje, which were merged into a single entity in January 2007.
The combined share of Agram's three companies on the Federation's insurance market in 2005 totalled 19.7%.
