2005: Minister of Industry issued Decision No. 3883/2005/QD-BCN November 25, 2005 changed its name to Noi Dia Company limited
2006: renamed Viet Bac - TKV Limited Company on November 8, 2006.
2010: renamed Viet Bac - Vinacomin Limited Company on December 13, 2010.
2015: The Company changed its name from VINACOMIN - VIETBAC MINING CO., LTD to VINACOMIN - VIETBAC MINING INDUSTRY HOLDING CORPORATION
2016: The company shares were first listed on Hanoi Upcom Securities Trading Center under the symbol MVB on October 14, 2016
