August 1983: The Company was incorporated, and started commercial production in January 1984. It was formed in accordance with the terms of a joint venture agreement concluded between Pakistan Automobile Corporation Limited (PACO) and Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan (the Holding Company). During the period, the Company acquired a 40 stake in a newly established entity namely Tecno Auto Glass Limited.
September 10, 1985: The Company was listed in Pakistan Stock Exchange.
